Fagerhult announces disposal of Tryckta i Markaryd AB
Fagerhults Belysning AB today announces the sale of its subsidiary Tryckta i Markaryd AB as of 6 July 2005 to the Managing Director of Tryckta, Mr. Bengt-Ove Johansson for a purchase price of 24 MSEK.
