Fagerhult acquires Retail Lighting Company in France

Fagerhult acquires Eclairage Conseil Lyonnais (ECL) in France.
In order to further strengthen its position in the European Lighting Industry and to create a platform for growth in the important French market, Fagerhult today announces the acquisition of the French Retail lighting company ECL as of 29 November 2006. The acquisition will have a positive effect on the full year profit per share in 2007.
